Finally, we have enough snow to use the sleigh!!!  I had my horse, Storm take me out to tap a few more trees.  Only 50 trees tapped today but it's just not smart to go out in a blizzard.  It's still snowing lightly and getting colder so it's time to hunker in for the night with a pot of tea and the venison stew that's been cooking on the stove all day.  Hopefully we'll be able to finish tapping trees this weekend.
